ATM he is still subcap despite having the following cap support skills trained:

AttentionElec. warfare 5
AttentionCapital Energy Emission Systems 3 edit DONE
AttentionCapital Remote Armor Repair Systems training to 3 over next day or so edit DONE
AttentionCapital Repair Systems training to 3 over next few days
AttentionMaxed jump skills apart from JFC which is at 4
AttentionAll armour comps at 5!!!!
AttentionAstro 5 and jump portal 4 for black ops or titans if you want to go that way (all races remember Smile)
AttentionCapital ships 3 (8-10 hrs left)
