CCP have a problem with it now and they didnt picked it up when approving your alliance logo......

Crazy stuff.

Oh wait - Maybe you broke teh RP.
CCP seem to like destroying any players efforts if it goes against the 'lore'
Wonder if the reason is a petty one like that.

Oh Its an NPC corp name.
CCP should at least give you the option of a rename and new logo ASAP.

It's quite insane. Didn't have an issue in 2/12 when the alliance name was created. Didn't have an issue when we submitted the logo in June 2013 and was cleared through two levels...

Someone had an issue and reached out to CCP.

Defies logic.

I suspect this has to do with the NPC Templis Dragonaurs (sp?). This decision by CCP is disappointing. I am assuming since the NPC history was around long before we were this could have been picked up sooner if it was a problem with them. It was not until someone "reported" us.

We are allowed to rename it. So we are not getting stuck with a generic name.

Obviously CCP handled this poorly, but y'all really should have known this was coming eventually. My first thoughts about your alliance name when I saw it were: 1st) "Wow, I'm surprised CCP allowed that" followed by 2) "They really should have come up with something more original than just misspelling it."

Still, my sympathies. I hope ya'll come up with an awesome sounding name to adorn future killboards. I hope you keep the Teplis Dragonaurs theme as well. Just switch it up to make your organization sound like an allied group of Capsuleers. I'm sure you'll come up with something great!

At least the Templis (ex-Templis???) guys can hold their heads up high and know they are better people than the bottom feeding spaztard who petitioned this.

Overall - Eve is a hive of cowards posting on alts so I guess there no chance of the petitioner being a man and owning up to it.

Would be nice if CCP made these things transparent.
A person complaining wont care if their complaint is genuine. (After all - its a game - not like its a police or court matter so why keep it secret???)
