Of course its a recruitment thread.
But unlike most corps, we have additional rewards for our members, such as a free trip to fanfest in March.

the SDOGS corp is, and has always been run for the good of its members. We are a mature and skilled corp who's focus is PVP although we have a small section of members who supply the "oil" that lubricates the PVP gears.

we are part of the Red Overlord alliance, and work very closely with the other great english speaking corps within that alliance.
we are EU centric but have several US TZ players, we generally span 1400-0200 eve time.

What does SDOGS offer you as a pilot:

If you are looking for an easy life in 0.0 SDOGS is probably not for you.
we expect you to take part in corp roams and CTA's
we expect you to be self sufficiant and we provide the means for you to make as much isk as you need
we expect you to be focused on the pvp aspects of EVE
we expect you to be a "team" player
we expect a proffessional approach in comms, both chat and TS
if your not sure, ask. if corp members ask for help then answer.

application requirements;

TS3 and mic
10mil sp min you must be able to fly to alliance/corp fleet doctrine, if u have to ask if you can fly a raven in fleet
willing to supply api details on application, again if you have to ask why then apply elsewhere.

monthly corp PVP tournament,

generally T1 frig/cruisers, 500mil 1st prize 300mil 2nd 150mil 3rd

win a trip to fanfest

kept the best bit till last

this is the biggie, 1 lucky corpie will win a return trip to fanfest this coming March.

this is how it works,

each month the top 10 killers on the killboard will be entered into a draw.
on Feb 28th one name will be drawn by a trusted 3rd party and that player will win a return air ticket to iceland for fanfest,
so if you are in the top 10 for the next 4 months you have a 1 in 10 chance of winning
if you only rate top 10 once between now and Feb you have a 1 in 40 chance,

if you are unable to attend or are outside of europe then the face value of the return ticket will be credited to you in GTC's at current shatterd crystal prices.
although i generally try to get in the top 10 i am not part of the draw so if i get a top 10 place then entries will go to 11th place
the winner must have a valid passport and be able to travel on the fanfest dates.
the winner will have to provide RL details to have the ticket allocated to them
the fact that a booking exists for the winner will be checked by a trusted 3rd party
the prize is for return airline ticket (airport taxes paid) and does not include accomodation
