If you buy the entire corp it can simply be transferred that way. Otherwise, the mods and the tower all have to be unanchored, then the buyer takes possession and re-anchors.

Must be uninhabited/abandoned.

Preferred Effects: Magnetar, Wolf Rayet
Deal Breakers: Pulsar
Every other effect is acceptable.

EDIT: Looks like this toon has done the same thing on silent terror's thread, an independent WH broker who has been in business for a long time. Seven Leaf also attempted to break into brokering himself. I have had no contact with him in-game and our brokers will advise if they have conducted a transaction with him, which I doubt.

Contact the individual who listed it. Once you have agreed to a price, you can solicit a broker to escrow your trade.

Just used your website for the first time to sell a C4, we opted to not use the broker service as we both wanted a quick sale and to take advantage of a particular opening so I hope this is ok. However, I do thank you for your service and will definitely use the broker service in the future.

Great! While the website is free of course, we always recommend that buyers and sellers make use of a broker. This is EVE, after all.
