IdeaFor c3 type:
System must empty or
all structures in there must be owned by seller
if there are Offline POS-es in there i dont want it
Il take with Revelation capital and/or Archon
Have to have static high/low

Seller will arange third party (taggart if capitals chribba dark etc) and i know it will cost you, but i am not stoping you from increaseing your price am i ?
