Tippia, I usually like your posts but not this one.

Don't generalise.

Some of us, i.e. me play for ourselves, to relax, build things and just enjoy roaming around EVE's universe looking at all the sights.

Not everyone is a malignant, egomaniac trying to impose their will on the game. Some are a little more laid back than that. That doesn't mean we get less out of the game.

^^^ If this were true why did you even post??? This goes hand in hand with what I have said in the past. Goons have zero respect for the game and its community within.

As evident by this post they think the player base is too stupid to see thru the B.S. They exploit any and every aspect of the game they can. The mitten has also been quoted as saying their goal is to make your game unfun.

CFC has become that which it hated when it formed to kill B.O.B.

I don't care about the Goons, but I did love their 4 page declaration of war. "The evil people we go to fight use cheap tactics like spider tanking Slowcat fleets and Drone Assist doctrines! These things ruin the game! Therefore, we will be using Slowcat fleets and Drone Assist doctrines to kill those that use Slowcat fleets and Drone Assist doctrines!"

Maybe he is trying to say that Goons do things like deliberately crash a node in order to save their fleet or are involved in RMT.

I even heard that Goons built a time machine, travelled back and caused many if not all of the great atrocities in recorded history, including the raise of Justin Bieber..

Just cross-train into a Naglfar and they'll take you. I hear Naglfars are the thing for countering fleets that are supposedly overpowered and don't have counters.

Nobody said they didn't have counters. The point was that they don't have any subcap counter. Which kind of goes against the "bigger isn't always better" balancing principle at the core of EVE.
