I just watched a yellow pilot in a tanked hauler being attacket by another pilot in a cruiser.
For now it works as intended, but...

- then the hauler pilot docked and undocked in a battleship and blapped the attackers poor cruiser.

The change i feel is needed is to make impossible to dock for someone who was flagged Suspect and got involved in a Limited Engagement.

In this case we would need a New flag like "Suspect in a Limited Engagement" wich won't allow to dock and reship.
The standard Limited Engagement will still allow you to dock.

The goal here is to fix this exploit, since the pilot who attacked the suspect pilot can't dock. A suspect undocks in a ship then if a fight occurs he should stay with it.
The suspect pilot has options to adapt to the one that attacked him while the latter doesn't.

The current system is much better then the one you propose. Furthermore there already exist timers to mitigate docking games. The major one being once you've aggressed someone you can't dock until that timer has run down. It's also important to note, that you decide when you attack the target, so you can also decide to do it at a location the target can't redock and reship. The fact you think someone merely being a legitimate target means they should be barred from docking isn't an actual reason to implement such a change.

I don't agree.

Player A has a duel with pleyr B - Normal

Player C decides to remote rep player A - player A gets an advantage

Player C is flagged suspect and should bear with the risk of losing his support ship. - That's normal

Player D decide to bring justice and attacks player C ( a valid target ) as a consequence of player C acts - Normal

Player C HAS the Option to dock / change ship to a more powerful one and blap player D - Not normal

You said " you decide when you attack the target "

I'll say the pilot that goes suspect Decides that he accepts the risk of being attacked and losing the ship he's in first on these terms.

You are mistaken. In the scenario you outlined in your previous post, player C would have a weapons timer which he or she inherited from player A and would therefore be unable to dock.

The current system is not perfect, but works so much better than the one that came before it or the one you are proposing.
