If we are going to blame anything it would be the TCU that almost took out the node.

Dreads can be insured (and so can carriers). By your theory it would be N3/PL as the more likely party to crash the node intentionally since they dropped supers and titans, but you won't see me accusing them of doing so because I don't believe they did.

We were calling downtime or node crash by the time the second ping went out. Go go TiDi I burned from Fountain back to G-0 and caught the second fleet on the way out.

I was originally going to study but I decided to join in after the ping came out that there were hostile titans on field. I joined the reinforcement fleet, bridged into the neighboring system, and hit jump on the gate.

5 minutes later my ship began the jump.
25 minutes later, ship still not having completed the jump, node finally crashed.

Supers was not dropped... They were on standby...
Supers was used after the nodecrash to save a titan.

Titans were DDing dreads. Around 40 of them were deployed in the fight around an hour before the node died.

I stand corrected. I was only able to join in after the node crashed.

True, and addendum, I don't think anyone actually intentionally crashed the node. Big fights murder EVE, as has been the mantra since the early days (I seem to remember when HEUG 200 man battles would stall the market everywhere, in the early days).

Either way, good luck with your elite honorable internet space fight war! (That, of course, goes for both sides)

7.2 CAN I AVOID PVP COMPLETELY? No; there are no systems or locations in New Eden where PvP may be completely avoided. --Eve New Player Guide

So I take it even more people in the same place isn't the solution.

Whiney article. Nerf incoming to save Jita again.

What's this from the article:

It's easy to point blame when its been streamed live for many to view...

Grrr Goons.

Just because we're successful at more than "lol honorable arena frigate brawl in highsec go" doesn't mean we cheat.

sadly we are no longer honorable third parties as apparently we're deployed as a coalition one one side and apparently began bluing people ...

so there's that. and we're not elite either, so..

We'll be the noobiest alliance to have a majority of its combat pilots dread-capable.

He went to the airport but left himself slowboating through the fight while still streaming.

Oh so that's what happened.

He was very enthusiastic about trying to bomb some fighterbombers when I was waiting to bridge in.

Of course that was pretty foolish since the answer is to just use even bigger supercapitals like titans. Clearly the mittani's order of battle makes no sense when pitted against the genius of progodlegend's capital and supercapital (+interceptors) doctrine
