Corporate War seems not to expire

Okay, I'm hoping this is a case of my missing something. Let me spell it out.

My Alliance declared war on another. Alliance Vs Alliance war in HS. After a week we saw the bill to extend the war, and decided not to. We studiously ignored the bill. The next day the bill, still unpaid was there with a new date! Instead of due the 11th, it was now due the 18th. So I went through the wallets to make sure that no one had paid it, they did not. The other alliance and I talked. They had not made the war mutual. So we decided to end it. But the surrender button is not working at all. So the war goes on, even though we have a cease fire.

A different corp declared war on us, and we have not heard from them at all for over a week. But that war also seems to not expire.

Is there a bug in this system, or am I experiencing severe knuckleheadism?

Support tickets can also be the wrong place for an answer. They'll be legitimate if answered, but there's the rub, they may not be answered at all.

There seems to be a overall real bug in the WAR systems.

You cant surrender eighter on eighter side.

We have simular problem right now, where night side can surender and the WAR just seems ongoing, without being mutal.

The patch for today (the 19th) will correct this issue (It is in the patch notes).
