Shield Emission Systems / Energy Emission Systems question

Hey all.

I've been doing incursions for a while now using 2 characters, one on DPS duty, and one in a Basilisk.

The Basi toon has their Logisitics, Energy Emission, and Shield Emission skills all at 5.
Thinking of taking them back into 0.0, and putting my DPS toon into the Basilisk, or a Scimitar.

I've been looking at the ship info, module info etc, and there is no mention of bonuses for Shield Emission or Energy Emission skill levels. Only reason I can seem to see to have the skills to 5, is for the capital level reppers, as the T2 large of each only needs the appropriate skill to 4.

Can anyone tell me if this is the case, or if I am missing something somewhere, as to an advantage besides capital reps, of having said skills at 5 over just 4?

Energy Emission Systems 5 enables T2 modules:

* Heavy Nosferatu II
* Heavy Energy Neutralizer II

Energy Emission Systems: 5% reduced capacitor need of energy emission weapons per skill level

Shield Emission Systems: 5% reduced capacitor need of shield emission system modules per skill level

Remote Armor Repair Systems: 5% reduced capacitor need for remote armor repair system modules per skill level

Remote Hull Repair Systems: 5% reduced capacitor need for remote hull repair system modules per skill level

Better cap stability.

For a basilisk, not that important since you're part of a cap chain. Theoretical usage in that if you're cap buddies get jammed/neuted you can probably throw out one or two extra rep cycles before drying out.

For a Scimitar, makes fitting a little easier, since you generally need to be stable on your own.

So I am to understand that, when attempting to figure out what bonuses a skill gives you, you did not read the description of the skill? And you fly a logistics ship.
