I was killed on the test server without consent by a character called Eric Nichols and as far as i am aware this is against test server rules i was also pod killed at the same time.
the character did not try to contact me in any way that i was aware of.

The only chat i saw in local was the aboved named character saying "For Squeeps"

]Why yes i would like to "dispute" this. What we have here is crying from someone who is in a group of indivuals who have repeatedly done the same thing. This actually is one of the gentlemen responsible for reinforcing a pos of ours OUTSIDE of 6-c which ISD RELBORN had addressed personally. In addition we have at least 100 screenshots of this particular group doing the same exact thing. I been bubbled on undock 100 times on cap rotation bumped by Machariels on undock trying to warp . as well as bumping supers out of pos and other such general harrasment. I slipped moving the module that is all. Actually I have all the mails fot all the sov modules in systems outside of 6-c attacked by this group. So if we are going to "dispute" things and cry to forums lets do it right. If we are going to focus on this ONE incident let us go back and look at every unanswered incident regarding his merry band. Theres at least 30 reports on him and his buddies above. Sift through.

CCP im sure you have better things to do like answer TQ petitions. But if we are handing out bans Im sure you would like to see our screenshot , chatlog collection that have such gems as "YOU SHOULD KILL YOURSELF" blazoned in local in caps several times on multiple ocassions. Actually if you look at the above complainers picture the Alliance tag for the drakes is quite offensive in a racial manner wouldnt you say? (3a. Is abusive, obscene, offensive, sexually explicit, ethnically or racially offensive, or threatening to another player or an official EVE Online representative.) ( And btw they had the station grid lagged severely with the fireworks heres an except from chat logs(they already provided the screenshot above)

Purposely lagged station grid and knew they were doing it and didnt bother to stop even after people's clients were crashing.

ACCORDING TO RULES WHICH APPLY ACROSS ALL SERVERS 1d. A player has engaged in activity that intentionally causes others to lose connection, suffer latency issues (lag) or to crash to desktop (CTD).

Who gave the notion that we were purposefully lagging station grid?

We had fun, we weren't concerned with other users whatsoever and had no malformed intentions against anyone on station grid. Me and Jarret were simply having some fun (unfortunately at the expense of one user). Other users had fun also, whoever Chris Zanjoahir is seemed to enjoy our little spectacle. The entire basis for your argument relies on the forced notion that we wanted people to CTD or lag. And to be honest, nobody asked us to stop, and hauler didn't complain to us aside from informing us of his crash.

The only thing aside from that one user I see in this chat-log is me asking how to check my own frame-rate because I realized mine was going down, and I was on a laptop with 4 clients.

On a side note, I wasn't present at your POS during the Reinforcement of it, however my alt was at station figuring out how to fit something, if anything at all, due to it being disabled which is a violation of the following rule:

3. Conquerable stations and outposts

If a player gains ownership of a conquerable station or outpost he/she must NOT restrict access to that station and the station services in any way.

TBH yeah I would of participated, but I didn't due to your groups violation of server rules.

Nice topic swap, before we get on with the actual subject of the original post, You didn't read, My alt was there, KILO RIN had a chat with ISD Relborn. Also what nyx? I can't fly a nyx, never have, probably never will.

That was already settled anyways, we were warned and haven't poked your POS since.

We also aren't bubbling station when it suits us either.
You do however and it doesn't just inconvenience us, it inconveniences all the other users in the entire system that would like to warp away from the un-dock. I will admit we could of went to party at a Gate allowing us to utilize the seeded system, but putting a spectacle on station seemed more fun. Regardless shooting fireworks does not restrict anyone warp nor is it listed in the rules or do we see a BEACON IN SYSTEM saying "No fireworks are to be shot", however there is a nice little beacon telling you not to bubble.

Daredevil wasn't a Dixie ship, completely separate cases, also Dixie and associates have a habit of DD'n each-other on station, ignore it and enjoy the show :P
