Little Menu square top left of all windows doesn't work..

Since Rubicon the little square you click to get window options (for instance in a pilots Show Info box the square top left allows you to send money or start a conversation etc) does nothing. This is the same for every instance of the Menu Square except the one in the drones box.

It's not game breaking and i hardly notice it now, but is there a fix?
