I am going inactive for a bit so I am looking to keep my wallet health while I am away.

I am Looking to Invest about 3-4 Bil.

I was thinking of buying BPOs and researching them any other suggestions ?
I have been inactive for a bit i know there used to be IPOs on here with a lot of them ending up being scams is there any reliable investments on here ?

Buy capital ship BPO's and put them in for lengthy research jobs. Other than that, you could bet on the market. Buy up a ton of something and hope you bet correctly.

Interesting.... I need a capital injection of ISK to fund growth in my capital hull manufacturing efforts.

You could loan me 3-4 billion and I could collatorise the loan with assets (like a couple of ME2 Archon BPOs or something like that).

When you come back, I'll refund your investment with some interest and you give my prints back ?
I've done some really stupid shit in this game.

When I decided to take a few months off I started looking into loans. It's probably not the best way to make money, but it feels good whenever you 'spot' the good loans, and you actually get paid back. I made roughly 2,5b over a few months in pure interest out of my 10,7b isk.

Hey,

If you are going inactive for a decent amount of time then Battleships might be a simple way to at least protect your money against inflation. You wont see awesome returns, but as they are selling below mineral cost, you can expect them to keep creeping up over the next few months.

As with anything a safe investment is a low returns investment.

I assume this is preferable to component BPOs for the same purpose?

"**CCP is changing policy, and has asked that we discontinue the bonus credit program after November 7th. So until then, enjoy a super-bonus of 1B Blink Credit for each 60-day GTC you buy!"**

Never forget.

I was actually thinking component BPOs, since there would be more demand myself

The benefit to capital ship BPOs is that researching them does not require logging in often.

Capital component research is capped at 30 days per job. Capital ships are capped at 1 ME or PE per job, which is often quite a bit longer than 30d.
