Your description of the company suggest a really nice attitude towards gaming and, while I don't know what Ts3 mean (team speak 3?), I would love to join,

PS; Oh, and if TS3 indeed do reefer to team speak - I do not have that yet, but will definitely get it, since I can see why it would be useful. While I have been playing computer games for over 20 years, this is my second MMO, and teamwork was almost entirely useless in SWTOR. Wait a second. Scratch that. It was entirely useless.

Ts3 i.e teamspeak3 and yes you will need it

HOWEVER

We do not require you to be on it from the second u log on to the second u logg off

Only for operations and fleeting.
