Two days ago my skill queue just stopped in the middle of the night.

Hey all,

Two days ago I had an issue with my skill queue where in it just stopped in the middle of the night while I was asleep. The queue was set for several skills, but was within the queue parameters for length.

I was training Rigging 2, Rigging 3, and finishing it with a long skill, Scout Drone Operation 5. Scout Drones 5 was already about 65% done and required only 2 days and some 3-6 hours until completion.

I went to bed happy with my skill queue and with it applied. I woke up yesterday, just as I would any other day, and sat my ass right on the computer. The first thing I noticed was a little bubble in the bottom right of my screen from EVEMon saying Drizzt Madeveda's training queue was not going. Odd, I thought... I know I set it for several days worth of training. So sure enough I jumped in game to see what the issue was, and noticed nothing was training at all, however Jury Rigging 2 had finished at 01:49 gametime (a point at which I'd already been asleep.)

Has anyone else had issues like this? Will CCP do anything about it? They've failed to even respond to my query with any information on the matter after 2 days, so I'd really just like to know if they're going to assist me - or do nothing about it.

Question: Did you press the Apply button after adding Jury Rigging 3 and Scout Drone Operation 5 to your queue? If you just dragged them on and closed the window, they weren't actually added to your queue.

Worse than this issue is CCP won't even reply to my ticket after THREE days.

Looks like a number of issues have been cropping up. Earlier today someone in local mentioned their skill queue had just stopped, and I'm having trouble with temporary crashes to black screen.

Yeah, by my calculation it's put me over 47 hours behind in my skill training because CCP refuses to respond to my ticket. I seriously doubt they'll give me ANY form of compensation either.

Yeah, by my calculation it's put me over 47 hours behind in my skill training because CCP refuses to respond to my ticket. I seriously doubt they'll give me ANY form of compensation either.

I've seen other posts here mentioning going into the launcher and changing to DX9 from DX11. I did this and so far so good.
Sorry to hear about the lost time. They may not have responded due to heavy load as I'm sure many are lodging petitions. They did give us sp earlier this year for server problems, so your cause may not be lost yet.

I can understand a day, or even a little more. Three days without an answer is fairly rubbish.
