Bubba needs the Gallente Titan skillbook.

- Maxed Capital Gunnery for the Erebus
- Maxed Armor
- Maxed Jump Calibration
- Doomsday Operation 4
- Jump Portal Operation 4
- 3 remaps available
- +5 implats
- Positive wallet
- Positive security status

Most important, Bubba has 3,788,429 unallocated skillpoints and can become pretty much maxed titan-pilot in seconds. Character has been used for both mining and level 5 missioning in the past, therefor alot of good sideskills.

Can also pretty easy be trained for the Avatar Titan.

You are of course correct, character dont have the titan skillbook, i did make that out clear. However using the unallocated skillpoints Bubba can get almost level 5 titan in seconds.... so no its not a titan pilot, and yes it will become a über titanpilot in seconds.
