Sounds like Santa got them back and we have to wait for them to stumble back out of the cloning vats.

I have heard some rumour that there is a less known 14th Yule Lad whose name can be roughly translated as "Codebugger" who might have gotten a bit angry since he's not in the calendar...

Yeah, that was indeed a good vid, made me laugh.

Can always count on CCP doing the extra mile, definitely above and beyond the call of duty.

Thank you for the gifts and I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas.

I wonder if the Santa vs Yule lads conflict could be the basis of a live event.

Outstanding holiday theme, elaborate site design, fun video of costumed shenanigans... is the amount of fun on display here, legal in Iceland? Bravo, CCP!

Yesterday I rescued several slaves from jetcans.
Apparently the Yule Lads don't approve, as a Fedo was found in my hangar the next day.
Sad
Yes, I know, "stealing" slaves, even with the intent to save them from certain death, is a breach of CONCORD law, but I was hoping the Yule Lads would think otherwise.

As one who has experienced all of CCPs Christmas gifts and other handouts, I can say with certainty, that this has been the best one so far.

Merry Christmas, CCP.

Add.: I should specify on this feedback. I liked learning about your local Christmas traditions, the video was well executed and the participation of CCP employes was great. Could you release all the pictures of the Yule/CCP lads at one time?

Here's my list of gifts from the 13 Yule Lads :

Quote:
Dec 12th = 1x Festival Launcher, 100x Snowball, 12x Long-limb Roes

Dec 13th = 1x Prototype Cloaking Device I

Dec 14th = 1x Fedo

Dec 15th = 50x Warrior I

Dec 16th = 2x Warp Core Stabilizer II

Dec 17th = 1x Synth Drop Booster

Dec 18th = 6x 150mm Light Carbine Repeating Cannon I

Dec 19th = 1x Poteque 'Prospector' Astrometric Rangefinding AR-802

Dec 20th = 1x Miner II

Dec 21st = 1x Prototype Cloaking Device I

Dec 22nd = 1x Womens Structure Dress (black/white), 1x Mens Esquire Coat (red/gold)

Dec 23rd = 1x Small Tractor Beam I

Dec 24th = 1x Leopard, 100x Snowball

Thank you very much for all of the gifts.

In keeping with the Christmas Spirit it was definitely nice to get the Festival Launcher and Snowballs.

Now I've seen a lot of strange items in game while completing all of the Cosmos Agents for the 4 main Empire Factions. I honestly don't remember ever seeing a Fedo before and that gift alone will probably end up being more valuable to me than all of the other gifts combined.

Anyway, Seasons Greetings to all of you at CCP. Hope you and your families all have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Layoffs happen all the time in the gaming industray, these guys are taken on to do a job and once their job is completed then they move on.
