Account Management Issues - Friday 13th

Good morning!

We're currently investigating several issues with our account management services, as such they've temporarily been taken offline while we take care of the problems.

Most likely, it's those pesky Yule Lads, licking everything and slamming doors. We'll be sure to take care of the issue as soon as possible.

At present, we don't have an ETA for account management services to be back online, but please keep an eye on this thread for updates.

What if the issue takes more than 13 hours from now to be solved?

Will we still be able to get today's gift package?

Maybe not today but you'll be able to claim that one, as well as the others, until late January 2014. The time to claim the gifts lasts until the end of 01/14.

I think so. I opened my 12th and 13th package (i.e. the two first) shortly after local midnight today. Haven't redeemed them yet, but it seems to me that the intent is that even if you come late, e.g. on the 22nd or 23rd maybe, you can still get all the packages from the days before. I'm even guessing they'll probably remain available for another week or three even after Christmass.

Since I updated to dev version of Chrome I noticed this:

[blocked] The page at 'https://secure.eveonline.com/' was loaded over HTTPS, but ran insecure content from 'http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans:400,600&subset=latin,cyrillic-ext,cyrillic': this content should also be loaded over HTTPS.

If the webteam would be kind enough to add an S to the url when loading fonts..
