I am trying to figure out why anybody that is educated, polite, and respectable would want to have such an intimate chat over tea (regardless of the quality or origin of said tea) with somebody that name calls and directs threats of physical violence on others they disagree with.

Maybe because I never resort to violence when I am dealing with polite, respectful, and simply educated and intelligent peoples. Including my superiors, of course.

But I have to say, that I indeed prefer to use violence against enemies of the State, against traitors, against those, who are too dumb to understand words, and against those, who prefer to attack me instead of talking. I mean, attacking on words as well, because fighting on words is not my profession. Fighting physically - yes.

Wait, so this guy marries a drone, and it requires more upkeep, likely from rough and abnormal usage?

What is he doing with that drone? Mating with it?

... Great, now that free thought is going to be stuck in my head. Thanks a lot.

Gallente, your people have issues.

Naupilus, I would suspect that the husbands in that case would be getting consigned, for having the audacity to marry a machine rather than a woman, the intended spouse. Not to mention the drones' lack of anything to consign, reclaim, or do anything else with. Their existence is tied solely to the physical machine.

I wouldnt mind having tea, or, coffee for me, with you sometime. It might be an interesting and stimulating conversation if no one was being shot at or stabbed or having a bioweapon in my tea or something.

That is, If I wasnt disqualified already by being a jaijii, and by being born, technically, in the Gallente Federation, thus making me an enemy of The State by default.

Here's the funny thing about that, I have usually put my homeworld, Intaki, first in my mind, since its once again in The State I suppose I could always petition for Caldari Citizenship or something and see if a State megacorp is hiring, maybe they have use for a capsuleer industrial who did twenty years as a marine.

Not to mention about the only things that we may have in common in interest is guns, blades, and martial arts...maybe...

As for speaking to your jackboot. No disrespect intended, but that would be unwise. Besides, I like to fish more than fight these days.

Fear not that God must exercise restraint in Damnation, for Abaddon is wide and deep, and God shall enlarge it to encompass any number of Gallente sinners. What else would you do with it? I hardly see the point of marrying a drone if that marriage can't be consummated.

I am the kind of employee, that is thrown on enemy when "diplomatic subduing" fails.

But speaking of subduing the enemy without fighting, I don't consider it real skill. For example, quite recently I "subdued" Agiri Falken, who tried to fight me. After I bawled her out and invited to see me, she never dared to approach me in person. But as I said, I don't consider it as a skill or victory. Just fending off annoying civilians.

And really, I would subdue her way faster without words, if she had shown up.

I see, so you are simply but a pawn in the "States" game of chess, maybe a rook... but probably not. A pawn, that simply does what the State tells her, to eck out it's violence and mandate. You don't need to think, the State chooses for you. You... you merely OBEY. You obey because then you don't have to think about what it is you're really doing, just following orders you think I am sure. But you know who obeys? Slaves.

This is the difference between the Gallente and the Caldari. With the Caldari, you do as your told like a good little worker bee. Keep in line! Do your job! Enrich your Corporate masters!

The Gallente are different, we have the freedom to make our own choices, forge our own way in life. We all make choices, but in the end, our choices make us. At least we have that freedom to make those choices, you're life was already set. Sad.

The difference between us is much narrower than you'd think. Perhaps the largest is that when WE enrich our Corporations, we are enriched along with them. The other would be that we had a Corporate CEO running our whole nation for interests other than our own but we got rid of him. I imagine you'll be re-electing yours.

The Gallente are most certainly 'different', yes. Also 'special' and 'precious'. Given that almost none of us made the decision to be Capsuleers (that was made by our genetics) this, too, is hypocrisy. That said, though, I was most comfortable in the vocational niche that I was designed, bred and trained to fill. After all, how many Gallente can be equally certain that they're in a place where you can exercise your vital powers to excellence?

I mispronounced and meant Chess, you know that game that has always been around? When I mentioned Rook and Pawn, I'm fairly certain you new what I meant... But those danged accents will get you!

Media industry to tell us all how to think and act? Pffft, that stuff is all entertainment! Anytime some flippant government official tries to legislate some freedom crushing something or other starts, we then as a people knock it down as the oppression of the rights of the individual as it is. It makes us delightfully self scrutinizing.

Hmm... you enrich your masters, and HOPE they enrich you in thanks. We enrich ourselves. Political figures come and go... as always been, as always will be. All this amnosity between us seems pointless to me. Personally, I think you all should go along with whatever it is Caldari do for sport (bloodsport gladiator battles so I've heard) , and we will do what we do even if it makes for the sometimes silly headline. I think we can both agree, the Ammar is the larger threat.

Genetics can play a part, but so can training. Any Gallente can be whatever they wish, even if it's not the best role for them. You may see that as inefficient, we see that as freedom.

A cheap shot, I know - although in my defence, Rook and Pawn could simply have been two of the staggering variety of cheeses that originate in the Federation.

If you think that all that advertising and product placement (both overt and subliminal) doesn't affect your purchasing and lifestyle choices then you're blinder than I thought. In addition there is a healthy difference between self-scrutinising and self-obsession!

I understand that actual information about the Caldari way of life is drowned out by disinformation and propaganda in the Federation. Are you aware that most Caldari citizens are actually stockholders in their home corporations? It is literally impossible to enrich the Corporation without enriching the shareholders. We own our fate in the most basic and undeniable of ways.

You readily submit to experts in the field of engineering, research, finance, medicine, law and education - amongst countless other fields. Why the stubborn denial of the value of an expert in this field too? I do agree with you regarding the importance of training, by the way, but training is at it's most effective at a young age. My vocational training began at age five.

I see.

Well if you take someone like Diana Kim as indicative of what all Caldari are like, just because it might confirm your prejudices then I suppose I'll take Gerne Broteau as indicative of what all Gallente are like shall I?

Tell me then, why are all Gallenteans intolerant nationalists who engage in massacre and mass murder during events promoting peace?
