Must have at least 2 large turrets to 5. Preference is Projectiles > Hybrids > Energy, but not a big deal.
Must have all level 5 gunnery supports.
Must have good spaceship command.
Having dread skills, or close to it, is a huge plus.
Blops trained is helpful, but not required.

Budget is about 25b, but flexible.

* Don't link any trashcan eveboards. I'm not dumpster diving for characters here, looking for good quality.
