Question About Chrostmas Stuff

Hopefully, this is the right forum to ask. Anyway, is ccp planning on having a grace period for accepting Christmas things assuming the things are actual items one can claim? I know myself and probably many others will be away from a computer with eve installed for the winter holidays and was wondering if I should expect to miss out entirely, make some sort of contingency plans or what. Thanks in advance.

I believe all active accounts get Christmas goodies and the grace period for redeeming them is on the order of several months.

Just to confirm, once you've claimed the items via the calendar then you will have them in your in-game redeeming system. They will not disappear

although just to highlight that you have until the end of January to claim all the gifts via the calendar.

One goes to their Account Management page, logs in and clicks on Xmas 2013.

Then it's a question of selecting one of the numbers, each being the date upon which the gift becomes available.
Then there's another button to click.

Then one opens up his/her game and at the character-selection-screen, clicks "redeem items". One can then click and drag said items to the character who is in desperate need of said items.

Hmmm... Lifestock...

So if I went inactive yesterday, and reactivated my account on 31st January 2014, I'll then be able to claim all the gifts, right?

We are sorry, but the yule lads are super busy delivering gifts at the moment, please check again later this is what i see when i try to go to that page to redeem stuff
