Is this PvP content or another form of mining?

I vote that anyone packing WCS's should not be able to cap plexes.

Maybe carebear PvPers should learn to adapt. If you see a care bear using warp stabs, then fit more jammers.

Once upon a time you could spend an hour looking for fights and pretty much be guaranteed to find multiple options. The Caldari currently outnumber us quite a bit and yet finding stuff to kill that isn't a blob within 3 hours is pretty much cause for celebration. Warp stabbed farmers with cloaks suck. Enemies who warp out as soon as you land on grid suck.

Do want kill stuff!

Always do, i tackled a 6x stabbed maller somehow running a medium the other day in a 4x scram keres. Rarely do i not have enough scrams, however, i dont see this pure evasion tactic as one that should be encouraged in combat sites.

I'm usually out and about 05:00 - 06:00 Eve time for starters and ending about 09:00 Eve time, but we run small gangs of 3-5 of whatever we felt like hopping into that day. Frigates, dessies, cruisers etc. Our area of operations start out nearby Nennamalia. from there we zip out all over the warzone hitting place like Innia, Old Man Star, Tama, etc.

Bring some friends and we'll play, just don't blob us or throw a bunch of your Caracals at our Thashers or we'll run off on ya.

As any forum no-lifer will tell you (since they have a player solution for everything). You just need to bring more people.

Make plexes tick down fast when people are not inside of them.

Problem solved.

Timer Rollbacks are all that is needed at this point.

I personally dont think changes that only serve to lessen some players play experience to be good.
I'd rather see us getting a big timer BONUS every time something from the other side dies inside a plex. Active combatants looking for and taking fights should on average capture a plex 2-3 times faster then an uninvolved semi afk pilot and a semi big gangfight should lead to instant capture by the winning side of the fight.

Way to hard to balance. they already get payouts for killing enemies, getting isk/hr boost would most likely make it profitable to kill your own alt in a plex to speed it up.

The best motivator is losing money. You're more inclined to kill that **** that just came into the plex if he is going to roll back ten minutes of work for you in a minute or two.

I will never understand why people care that they can't kill stabbed condors. If it has stabs it's not going to be a fight. We should be pvping for fights not chasing a stabbed condor for 20 battleclinic points. If it has stabs it has no intention on fighting you so move on and find those good fights we all lose ships trying to obtain.

Because them running timers impacts FW. If you aren't in FW by all means ignore them.

I think the point is them running FW plexes risk free and greatly influencing sov. FW people are forced to chase them around or lose their systems.

Correct me if I'm wrong but they are quite a bit easier to make leave a plex then ships without stabs. As a 3rd party looking on I don't care what system Amarr owns but if you do care what systems Amarr owns why not just use the plexes to your advantage a stabbed frig won't come in a populated plex. But hopefully a fun fight will.

I'm probably ignorant to this since I can dock where ever in low sec but the obvious counter to stabbed plexes seems to to just visit them and finish their plex.

If a farmer has been in a plex for 5 min you chase him out, while you sit there and run the timer (original timer +5 minutes) he completes another plex and has begun a second.

I have posted a similar idea a long time ago and people rightfully pointed out to me - it was too easy to exploit.

Say killing a wt took 2.5 min off a plex.
You send an alt in 3-4 times in an unfit frig and blap it a few times. Isk/LP per hour would go through the roof and much more farming would occur.
