I still have a nano clone sitting in my hanger. I fit it up after the drake nerf/teircide. I used to fly podla style drakes, and was real excited for it. Never really killed anything with it, and current cruisers/ceptors outclass it by far.

It's better than the Drake for solo roams since people will underestimate it and give you more fights than you'd get with the drake.

It's nippy and tanks well when fitted with an asb, doesn't do enough dps to be useful on the field though.

Dumbing down of Eve Online will result in it's destruction...

Do not do this.

The Republic warfare link is the only useful implant there for a booster toon.

For boosts you just drop a Claymore on the station undock.
You can get 7 x T2 Boosts going. (6 of which will be bonused - Seige and Skirmish with 7th boost unbonused)

If you answer 'this fits for travel boosts' then you should use a cloaky loki and not this overly expensive and unbonused setup.
Cloaky Loki can run 4 boosts (with bonus) + Cov Ops cloak = warp cloaked and lets you hide boosts between fights.

You have also not taken agility into account when saying it wont be caught after probing.
Your top speed might be high - but a frigate can still get scram web on you if it lands ahead of you.

Moving boosts are still fairly easy to catch - a few bookmarks very close and a warp to 100 in the direction you are aligned to and bye bye boosts.
Takes a bit more effort but not a lot.
