Patch failed, repair tool wont work Please help

Hello,

The patch today (11/12/13) has not worked. the launcher states "CLIENT UPDATE UNSUCCESSFUL."

I have tried to run the repair tool and I get the message "AN ERROR OCCURRED DURING THE REPAIR."

I can not start eve or get the launcher to try and re-download the patch.

How do I rectify this, any and all help greatly appreciated.

same here.

just ran the Repair tool again . . . and Bingo !, a right result :)

now up and running as intended.

I cannot also use the launcher ...
Just a Windows error for me.
And reparetool don't work...

Good for me.
I removed 'laucher' folder and launch the Reapretool.

Great I cant even submit a support ticket. I get this message "An unexpected error occurred while submitting your support ticket. Please try again later."

did you close Eve client and also the launcher, THEN run the Repair tool ?

sometimes I've found that a re-boot of the pc seems to help sort things out. might be worth a try

Paleiades, thanks for the advice. After rebooting the launcher worked again and revalidated the patch. All is working fine now. Thanks

it will auto download when you run the Eve Launcher

I didn't have any issues with the patch, but on 3 different occasions eve has simply stopped responding.
