Try clearing the EVE Launcher's cache, and retrying.

I have tried the repair, clearing all the cache, and resetting the settings of the launcher. There are a lot of people having similar problems from my area involving comcast.

it's hosted on our webservers, which is why I was wondering if clearing the EVE Launcher's cache would resolve it. Are you able to visit https://login.eveonline.com/Account/LogOn?ReturnUrl=%2f in a webbrowser?

For what ever reason it seems the issue has resolved itself. I think the issue was comcast's end. Thank you for all your support and quick response with this issue. As always A+ CCP, thank you Atropos.
