I don't think that the ISP is the issue though. Since everything else is working fine, but am having some issues with avatar loading with my 3G connection on the Vita as well. Can't play Eve on my Mobile devices to confirm, but pretty sure it is a NA (West Coast?) server issue.

Edit: didn't realize that I was connecting my mobile to the router. I switched off the Wi-Fi and sure enough avatars are loading just fine with the AT&T connection.

Looks like someone spilled coffee on a server over at the comcast building...

Avatars work fine for me.
So does the game, but I'm not on Comcast (university is its own ISP). Nor am I in California.

Enjoying the rain today? ;)

Can't contact support because the support page is down too. Wanted to ask if it could possibly be anything at all on their end. If not comcast is going to need a few phone calls.

California, Comcast, no connection to server.

Friend in Arizona (not on Comcast) is connecting just fine.

I'm actually on hold with comcast atm, but looks like they're assuming it's an issue on my end and running diagnostics on my line.....sigh....

CA, Comcast, Bay area. If I VPN to work then I can ping server fine.

Same with my VPN, which means that it's a comcast issue...

Seriously don't think it has anything with Comcast though. I've been streaming HD while playing other games and browsing the net just fine. Also as mentioned I can't seem to load avatars with my AT&T connection either.

Have we narrowed it down to Northern California, or just the US West coast? Anyone from So Cal, Oregon, or Washington having issues?

edit: Argh, you people are right indeed. I didn't realize that I was connecting to my router and using Comcast and not my mobile ISP!

You're probably going to have to escalate it to get any attention from Comcast. Also the more people that call the more it will come to their attention. It has to be a Comcast issue at this point.

They opened a "tier 2" support ticket for the issue, but who knows when/if that will lead to anything.
