Character Bazaar

I might be a little picky, but here's what I'm looking for:

A gal/min pilot with frig, cruiser, bc, and bs to 5 with T2 guns, preferred minmatar guns if not both.
Logi 5, HAC, Recon, at least one T3 with subs to 4. Marauder and CS are plusses.
Core Fitting skills to 5, basically no exceptions on this.
NOT looking for a capital pilot.
Decent Armor and Shield skills
Decent Drone skills.

For a leadership char:
Gallente or Minmatar is fine, as long as they have T2 guns for their race.
Basically, I want the pilot to not just be an offgrid booster, they need to be able to boost and be on grid shooting ****.

To give an idea of what I want from a purpose stand point: Can be used for incursions/WH PVE as well as fly many critical roles in pvp.

This list is mildly flexible, except on the fitting skills. Budget is pretty healthy, feel free to ask questions here or shoot me a mail/convo.
