This could be really fun reading, or really bad reading. I am an avid fan of zappity's thread... and also of Feyd's blog... but lets be subjective here.. Zappity's thread tells combat stories about even or outmatched fights with good and bad pilots. Do you intend to fight real targets or wardecced indy ships and mission runners? If its the prior, Ill be reading your thread too. If its the latter, not so much.

Well, I plan to share really fun, hilarious lessons learned on my way to ruling New Eden... sorta. Actually, I only kill miners if they agress me... they are not ever my intended targets. Feyd is my mentor, Zappity is inspiring - hopefully I can capture their attention along with some others for the purpose of having Super Happy Fun Time with Jamwara & Friends!!! \o/

My most recent kill story shared earlier today in Warfare and Tactics:

So there I was ... a mouthful of Rattlesnake Shocked [can I say that here?] and nowhere to go ... just me and Kasri Deodene hanging out and spending some great quality time together. Her drones were hastily melted.. again aaaand again while biding my time and slowly stinging her Battleship to death. Thuper good times. About 15-20m in I realized that I might need some help to get things moving if I wanted to crack her tank this side of Tuesday. Overheat!! Man the rails!! Full steam ahead!!

Meanwhile, 16j away ...

A lone Enyo is making best speed to my location with fresh ammo reserves and extra DPS should the opportunity present itself. Before he gets there Kasri puts out the call in local that some jerk has her scrammed and stuff - not sure what that was about - however, a Merlin decided to drop by...um, do what!? Send in the drones!!! About 15s later the Merlin was at 50% armor and changed his mind...

5m after that ... \o/

ENYO!!!!! And just in time as I only had about 2k charges left in my cargo hold... one cargo container later and I'm restocked like a champ. SUPER SOLID WINGMAN of EXTRAORDINAIRE!!! For some reason, perhaps it was resignation, Kasri engaged the Enyo at which point our combined DPS shat upon her tank and sealed the fate of her ship, her pod and mobile tractor unit to the tune of ~635M ISK in losses. Booya. I couldn't have done it without you buddy; Ishkur & Enyo <3

Yesterday was a good day, friends. Fly adventurous!!

I forgot to answer part of your question... I plan on dunking much larger targets in my Ishkur against odds that, if I were not flying an Ishkur, would encourage me to warp away. Also, fail-fit carebears because they're funny and because ... reasons Bear

Mere weeks after finishing the tutorials I set out to low sec to forever ruin my criminal status. Nowadays I see lots of hilarious carebear kills posted by corp mates and it does make me jelly. I constantly consider bribing concord to be let back in to high sec so can join in the fun. I even have a full collection of clone tags sitting in the hangar. Every time I decide to do it though, I undock to see tasty pvp targets and good fights on d-scan.

I will read!

So Kasri, bless her heart, stopped by W&T to respond to my original thread...

"Yes i was stupid and got baited in . Also flew in a ship that i wasn't really skilled in enough to make a difference.

Let's just say that after this experience i won't be going for the biggest baddest ship out there that i can cram my pod into.

Lesson learnt and core skills being sorted now instead of chasing the big ships.

Way things were going we would have been there till DT, was getting tired and needed to get to bed for work the next morning so moved things on and shot the Enyo. Might have got my pod away if i hadn't been tabbed out looking at something else.

Pod me once shame on you, pod me twice shame on me Blink

To which I replied...

"Agreed. I'm glad you're not upset about losing your ship or pod... although why were you tabbed out?? No structure alarms etc?

Big smile Hopefully I will see you again on terms of your choosing when I am not expecting it or the least bit prepared. Eve throws some nasty curve-balls, eh? Glad you took it in stride +1

My former corp/alliance mates could learn something from you - they have an incoming wardec from DEVILS and that feel... **** man, it's like I kicked a space puppy or something Cry I like them and I just want to play!! I don't understand some people.

Also, I Like'd you before anyone else.. remember that. We're going places you and I!! xoxo"

this cant be the same Jam that as CEO dropped his last corp from alliance then dropped corp himself? then turns around and war decs his old alliance with his new one? what dont you understand? why everyone you flew with ignoirs you now?

this cant be the same Jam that as I look at his last kills are all nub players in starter NPC corps with 0 kills? but your here trading stories that you read somewhere else like its your eve life? LOL much respect Roll

At least I admit im a new player in a new corp with no PVP experience yet you feel if your merc corp kills us, it’s an accomplishment. I wouldn’t figure any decent or half respected Merc corp to be bragging about killing carebears, eh?

But then again, im so new, what do I know.

Hey buddy o/ izza MEEE!!! The same Jamwara. I'm a new player with just over 10M SP learning to fly assault frigates and then onto ... I'll let you know. High-Sec is a scary place. Have you seen all of those people? Yes you found my killboard, yes I am new to PvP. No I did not skip learning and buy a character with an ass-ton of SP... so what? You would love this life sir, I invite you to join me sometime.. oh wait :D see you later tonight I hope. Sadly, Calicoe's mother passed away last night so I'm dealing with that stuff today after work... funeral arrangements etc

But yes, to answer all of your loaded questions: there is only one of me and here I am. Do I misrepresent myself??

I'm here to have fun. Rocks don't shoot back and buying my way into SP won't make me a better pilot. Although, your Tengu has a tank my Ishkur can't crack hahaha - to be expected, yes?

I would like to point out that we are for hire and most of our clients are other carebears themselves... they really are the most vindictive and mean-spirited type of player in this entire galaxy. For the record, I do not handle contracts so who we end up accepting as clientele vs people we turn away has nothing to do with me; you want Lord Razpataz for that one. Until I'm a full-fledged *******-stomper I will take great pleasure in flying with a purpose and doing my part to pull my weight, provide intel, scout and pew everything I can. It all adds up bro.

DEVILS steamrolling DTF will not be an accomplishment, it will be business as usual. Maybe you'll surprise all of us ... I certainly spoke highly of you in our intel channel. o7

Also to clarify your remarks on Luna Wolf/DTF ... they run a **** show mate... we all agreed and decided to leave. It was a Board level decision. Remember? And then in our last meeting when you said "I guess nobody wants it, huh [CEO]" as you were forming another corporation with yourself as the CEO... c'mon Sog... anyways, all of that was water under the bridge ... and then a month later James Rapture pops in with a grudge, acting like a typical DTF 'nozzle ... yeah he beat my assault frigate. it was a good one... I give him props, he certainly won fair and square.

What good is all of that stuff you guys Blink if you just shoot rocks or build stuff to sell... you have to be making ISK hand over fist these days. Churn the market, scratch the paint on that Tengu - you'll have fun, promise. And yes, this is supposed to be fun.

What good is a leader who can not defend himself or his Blues? Zero. So I stepped out in search of the way... and I found it in the form of the Lords.of.Midnight... in spite of that scary name I swear we're quite decent, level-headed and genuine people. Our alliance just happens to have an unholy knack for wrecking shizz... and no I'm not claiming to be anything I'm not.

I am an Apprentice under Feyd Rautha Harkonnen. I fly an Ishkur, mainly, if not that then shuttles or T1 frigates. I am engaging huge drippy targets of as many different types as possible, to better understand my engagement profile, with my tiny ship to get a better grasp on the fundementals. Yes, I have more to learn and I look forward to every bit of it.

Also also also ... what stories am I trading that are not mine? Carbon was the Enyo pilot that helped me bag Kasri ... verify that with Carbon if you like, or look at my alliance killboard [linked in sig]. I don't follow your reference to "other people's stories."

I too shared your same sense of "This is so great it's almost like I'm flying in all those stories I read about!!!" after hitting my groove in DEVILS, and for that reason, I do not take offense to your incredulity.

Perhaps a better question for the group would be why, after voting [unanimously] to leave DTF, you decided to rejoin? They have the same leadership we had problems with from the start... yes, some of them are hella chill... others, not so much. Access to BPOs, POS permissions, wormhole operations ... all great ideas that do not depend on being a part of DTF.

Shocked let me refresh your memory. I purchased a toon to start a new corp with high standings for us to get jump clones under the new corp. I started the corp so am automatically the founder for 7 days while the standings equal out or whatever. During that 7 day period you drop the old corp but when the time came, you never joined the new one – what exactly are you trying to say here? Maybe you don’t remember the sequence of events like the rest of us?

Your task was to find a PVP alliance for us to join but you found one for yourself and bailed on us. I hope your new pilots dont get the same treatment down the road.

then after a little training from your new alliance, you battle someone from your old alliance - it wasn’t until they killed you in a duel that you started with them that you war dec us – gives the impression that you’re a little hurt and now have something to prove.

Idea Consider it a new mission arc; about a week'ish long or so with better AI?

There's even profit built in, plus fun too.

What else were you going to do this week in Eve?? This will be better.

*oh yeah, I think this is what we're supposed to do. this will be funny by easter, don't worry about it!
