Login Problem + Unsatisfactory support help

I'm a new player, I finished my trial some days ago and i subscribed.
Being fascinated by this game I invited my friend to try it, yesterday he had some problems in some overview configuration so this morning I logged into his trial account to fix that.

When I tryed to log in in my main account I got this message:

CONNECTION REFUSED

"While we appreciate your enthusiasm to try EVE, we would also appreciate if you could limit yourself to using a single trial or subscription accounts only."

I click on "ok" button, try to connect and i get:

LOGIN FAILED

"The authentication token provided by the launcher is of an invalid format. Please try again or contact EVE customer support."

I have no idea how to fix it, I opened a support ticket, I got answered after 1 hour with a pre-made message that sounded like "try to restart the game, if it doesn't work restart your computer that should fix the problem" StraightStraightStraight

More than 3 hours have passed and I'm getting no answer or support.

May some of the community or dev team help me to fix this problem?

Restart the game. If it doesn't work, restart your computer, that should fix the problem.

Also, account sharing is against the EULA.

Yesterday evening my friend logged in his account at his house and the problem disappeared. It was possible for me to log in.
