You would, in fact, only have to go log in to set your queue.

Eventually you'd reach a point where you were only logging in every other month...

How did you find out btw?

I set up a test pilot in evehq, set all skills to 5 and then added them to a skill queue.

In the beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

It is actually a bit more since there are dev only skills. Go watch a ccp stream where the guy opens his character sheet. It is still around 440m though.

I think someone actually did the math and it came to 70-odd years. 10 years of gaming can't be right, I've been around for almost 9 years and am nowhere near maxxed.

443,664,000 points from above (i am not going to spend the time to double-check)

2700 sp/hour with +5 implants and perfect spec for what you're training

= 164,320 hours

= 6846 days

= 18.7 years

CCP change the skill queue every year so by the time you have trained 400+sp there will be another 200 mill sp to go Lol
