Intell done right.

This is just an oppinion, not a suggestion.

Since many are struggeling to make intell the way they want it for their gameplay easyer, i`ll share my view, probably suggested numerous times before, but i dont want to search trough the pile.

Any and all civilised empires known to man has intell, and therefore i belive intell should be based on standings.
In short this means to get every intell you have today in local, u have to have +10 standings to the faction or sovreignity holder of that system.

from +5 to +10 you gain more and more of the intel provided today, beneath you are flying "blind" by your sensors.

So in order to gain intel, you eighter have to grind standings, get spies in or hack the survailance system of the system you enter.
Invading and hacking the survailance, could be done at any structure in that system, and will grant a (10-20?) min access, and then has to be repeated for intell.
There can of course also be a module to anchor up to get more permanent intell for the invaders.

If in fleet with one that hacs or have anchored for intell, all fleetmembers gain that intell.
Anchored for corporation entire corporation gets the intell. (maybe find a mecanic to be able tosell this intell?)

In short this i feel is the right way of intel distribution if local is shut down. Empires, Factions and Sovreginty holders are built around intell, and paying for it.

Most ideas i have read belives in the modell that gives any soloroamer the advantage, and claims people should cooperate in dooing activitys to justify it, this balances it out forcing invaders also to cooperate in achieving goals, and will be equal for all sides.

Keep advance warning for AFK ratters AND blind roaming gangs? Why even have a local discussion when we can just get the worst of both worlds!
