Would be better applied to blockade runners than interceptors. If I were a runaway dev. for a day that is what I would do. Don't get me wrong, I have fond many ways to exploit the current meta of OP interceptors, but i think they are so powered by warp changes that nullification was not needed.

OTOH Blockade runners have their restrictions. If any ship would better serve its role by being able to avoid bubbles it is blockade runners. Says you?

Kind of pointless, don't you think? Blockade Runner has cloak and fast align, doesn't really need to be nullified. Deep Space Transport - nullification wouldn't help anything, so bubble doesn't work on you, you'll just get pointed.
Interceptors need it to be able to chase their target and it's double edged anyway, target ends in bubble, you end on gate - target can burn opposite and gtfo, compared to both of you ending in bubble.

Blockade runners are not suitable for null transport so it wouldn't make sense.

In nul just use a jump capable ship. Or use a cloaky nullified legion with cargo extenders and dito rigs...

If anything should be changed abut blockade runners its that they should be immume to navy cargo scanning thus allowing them to move drugs and other illicid substances with impunity in high sec.

You mean so that blockade runners could... run blockades?!

I'm actually fine with blockade runners as they are now. They're fast and tough to decloak (esp with nanos/wcs). I think being able to warp gate to gate through bubbles with 10,000 m3 would be a bit OP. As it is you can already blind jump them just about anywhere and as long as you have tacticals set up you are very unlikely to die to anything but the largest and most serious camps. I think the small risk of dying is well balanced vs the value of the ship + cargo. And if 500m-1bn is gonna break the bank, or you're putting more in them, you can easily just scout for camps and they're 100% safe.

They could use with being immune from NPC customs scans.

Can't square it with lore though. It would need to be some weird Pirate faction Blockade Runner, then it'd work.
