Always outnumbered in the vast expanse of the EVE Universe, new PVP Corp, It Looked Good On Paper (Papercut) was put together designed to cater for people who don't like safe, who don't like blues, who like to shoot who they like for nothing more than the fun of the kill.

We shoot Major Alliances, We shoot Renters, We shoot Carebears, We shoot Pirates, we are not fussy, we just wanna have fun.

If we're getting kills we're upsetting someone and that is good.

In Zero sec? your not safe! In Low Sec your not safe. In high Sec yeah you've got it your not safe!
