There is an eve-o thread linked there that is not a section normally frequented by C&P regulars.

Psychotic Monk's awesome idea of ganking for good has raised something like 108 billion isk for the PLEX4GOOD charity, and that is before Chribba's doubling.

I ask ISD to not lock this thread until Sunday December 8th so that we can get more of the Crime and Punishment community involved for this worthwhile cause.

I think you're referring to ophilia black (spelling?). As far as I know her idea never got off the ground. Monk was able to use his stream and connections to actually pull this off which even if not original is extremely impressive.
