Tired of Customer Service Ignoring me

Hi,

I really don't know where else to turn. I pre-ordered the 10th Anniversary Collector's Edition back in September. I haven't received it yet. I have three customer service requests in with Musterbrand on their Zendesk website. I have left two messages on Musterbrand's facebook page. I have a ticket open in EVE right now. I tracked down the public relations guy over at the CCP website just so I would have a specific name in mind when I sent him an email. I've made three international phone-calls. I have no answer, no status update, no refund, and no Collector's Edition.

I spent 150 USD on the package, which was gladly accepted by CCP and Musterbrand. There has been no product delivered, and no one has responded to any of my emails (which have grown less and less patient, admittedly).

I've done everything I can. My patience is being taken advantage of. At this point, I just want a refund so I can buy some Christmas presents and quit this game. It really seems as though CCP and Musterbrand are more concerned with getting their cash rather than supporting their fan-base.

my advise, prtscr all your emails, tickets and what ever else you have

if you paid by visa contact your provider via the phone they will set up a case for you then e-mail them the prtscr they will refund you the money (more then likely) they will then send a request to Musterbrand for the money back.

cases like this is why ccp should not outsource there shop to many middle men/managers.

i hope ccp can help soon with this.

Really sad to see this happen, and what i mean by that is a player leaving the game, someone who clearly enjoys it enough to buy the collectors edition, due to a colossal eff'up by either CCP and or the third party.

CCP - You are about to lose a player, which is very sad, give this chap your time and get this sorted today!

Our community is close, and we need every member we can get.

Hi! Sorry to hear you're having issues with your order. I recommend that you try and email CCP directly, as that's the best and fastest way to get in touch with someone who can help you fix your problem. Hope the issue gets resolved quickly.
