I'm in a tengu, trying to find just the right fit to do these sites in a wh (lower class btw for learning purposes.) And for the life of me these sleeper frigs are a pain in the ass.

Any suggestions to fittings that might help me out in the slightest?

t1 ammo usually hits smaller targets better.. when it comes to HML ammo P
Stasis web or target painter is something some people fit too.

I think you should turn in your tengu for a drake.

Drake will do the job just as well as a Tengu, and much, much cheaper when you eventually lose it.

Especially relevant if you're still learning as you say, and only farming lower class systems.

But hey, if you can afford to lose it, fly it. Pirate

The sad thing is i'm not sure if i'm telling the truth.

A corpie used to solo c4 sites and ran a target painter and switched to precision missiles.

Can you hear them? They are calling to us. It is beautiful. http://thegreattichim.wordpress.com/

OK, I'll try again.

The Tengu is fine. A Drake can run C1 and C2 sites, but frankly it is a pain to run C2's with a Drake.

Frigs are small so you need smaller explosive radius warheads. For the small stuff, use T1 Scourge or Precision T2. Save the T2 Furies for the Battleships.

Fit a target painter on. It makes a huge difference.

Train up the skill Guided Missile Precision (I think that is what it is called). It reduces explosive radius on your warheads.

And the fact that OP didn't know this already is why i suggested downgrading to a drake for awhile. I was being kind of a ****, sorry OP.

Rigor or Flare Rigs on your tengu will help a great deal

Train Guided Missile Precision and Target Navigation Prediction. Fit Rigor/Flare rigs on your ship. Rigors seem to be preferred. Webs will slow your target down making them easier to hit. Target Painter will make your target seem bigger, thus also increasing damage.

If you have good skills, you can use a passive-tanked MWD HAM Drake and run C2s all day.

Sleepers hate on drones. But if you have a remote shield transfer or armor repper and use it, they will ignore the drones in favor of your ship.

I'm also thinking of running low class wh's on an alt.

How "good" is good skills please?

I've got all bar 2 of my shield skills up to lvl 4.

Thanks in advance.
