hi,
a simple question do the Power of 2, allow for multi logon the account?, or is it only 2 alts SP training?Attention

Just two alts skilling at the same time, you cannot log in two toons on the same account. For that you need an alt account. (Which BTW is 5 dollars cheaper than using a pled if you are subbed versus buying pled with cash, buying pled with ISK though is the cheapest method)

If you are talking about the "Power of Two" offer that's usually run, then it gives you another account and allows multiple characters to log in at once due to the separate nature of the accounts.

Based on original questions it seems like they were talking about Dual Character Training...but now I'm not sure.

Power Of Two = Start a new account for cheaper price.

Multiple Character Training = 2 skills queues active at the same time.

EDIT: Name changed from Dual to Multiple. Thanks Tau for pointing that out.

It is now called "Multiple Character Training", as you can train all 3 characters on the same account now. [Of course you can only login one character per account.]

Question about the Power of Two feature. I have 2 accounts already. Can I buy the Power of Two, and then somehow use the feature to pay for the other account I already have? Or is this only to make a second account from scratch, and not for accounts already started?

New accounts only.

If you already have a second account, you've already been hooked so now it's wallet-sucking time (i.e. no rebates) for you.
