That was a great stream! I watched every minute of it!

Poor Dolan; that paintball gun had to be shooting hot (above 300 feet-per-second)!

Great stuff, CCP, and everyone who donated! I'm proud to have been a part of it!

Recommendations:

-enable ships wobbling in hangar view (pre-Captains Quarters)

-add more missions (NPC fleet vs. NPC fleets that actually shoot)

-STOP NERFING EVERYTHING!

I always knew that the EVE Community is just the best community no matter what. Yes, in game it is a brutal and wicked world, but in real world the community has definitely their heart at the right place.

So far you have donated 12345 PLEX - that means that $185,175 which will go to the Icelandic Red Cross for the Philippines - this is fantastic and completely mind-boggling awesome. (The donations are still open until 23:59:59 UTC on December 7)

Thank you, thank you so very much! I salute you!

Hey guys!

Special announcement:

SOMER Blink donated 4000 PLEX to the PLEX for GOOD charity. This means that the Icelandic Red Cross can support the suffering people in the Philippines with extra $60,000. Thank you very much, this is an incredible generous donation which will help people in need.

Amarr Citizen 155 doubled every donation recorded by Chribba to a total of 3325 PLEX for GOOD - many small donation were pooled here as well as larger donations. This is amazing and incredible, many thanks for such a massive donation helping so many people in dire need of help.

It is still unbelievable how much you all help - mind-boggling massive donations but also small donations. Thank you, thank you, you are really saving lives!

Just goes to show there are some amazing people in this world. Thanks guys for showing us there is still kindness out there. :D

You guys are amazing.

I couldn't be more proud to be Community Manager for what is, by far, the best online gaming community in existence.

The support you've shown for PLEX for GOOD over the last couple of weeks has been simply astonishing, and the level of donations we've received has been mind blowing.

Thank you all, so much, from everyone here at CCP.

For me, this live stream was one of the best things CCP has ever done. This also was the most accessible, most personal, interaction between the devs and all players that I've seen to date. I laughed until I thought I couldn't laugh anymore and then just kept laughing. I enjoyed it tremendously. There were, imo, some minor pacing issues, where watching other people play games for too long, disconnected the viewer when the object of the devs' attention switched from the players to each other. Viewers went from participant to spectator in those moments. But aside from that minor critique which I offer only for QC, it really was great fun.

I learned so much today about CCP. I learned that CCP Bro cannot dance, or sing, but has great aim. I learned that CCP Mimic is a beautiful person with or without hair who has an infectuous smile that never disappears. I learned that CCP Karkur may not be the greatest chef (!) but she is a machine when knitting. Several times in the corner of a frame, you can see the blitz of activity that is Karkur in action. I learned that CCP Gargant is pretty huge, has a most decent sense of humor, and believes his ginger locks are the source of all the good luck in his life. I learned that CCP Guard is a ninja, a hobbit, a roustabout, a gangster, and a cheese fancier. Guard's answer of Armageddon (esp navy geddon imo) as favorite ship design struck a particularly favorable chord. But there is no one who I learned more about today than CCP Dolan. As our community representative, up until this point, Dolan was only a badly positioned character portrait and words on a forum. But after witnessing him endure countless indignities on our behalf, and squeal most deliciously throughout each, I believe he will have endeared himself to many people as a result. I learned he's funny, charitable, and a true sportsman. Ultimately though, I learned a newfound appreciation for the entire dev team because of the amazing lengths they all went through to ensure that this event was a smashing success.

I also learned superficial things like CCP has this amazing industrial kitchen in house and some kind of psychadelic dreamcatcher somewhere that spins balls of light around the room like a discotheque 24/7. I already knew our community is one of the most tight-knit anywhere, but I learned that I vastly underestimated their capacity for generosity and philanthropy. I learned that some EVE players have accumulated wealth to such a degree that it is truly astonishing. But from my own diminutive perspective, I learned that even I am capable of generating 5 billion isk in a few days time - a task that I've never even accomplished prior to this event. So I even learned something about my own capabilities.

I suspect when the next disaster hits, and when Plex 4 Good is reinstituted, CCP devs will think twice about their pledges as the community will most certainly do its best to force them into realization. Devs will pledge to wear chicken or gorilla suits for the day or handcuff themselves to one another as opposed to getting beaten with flaming sticks. The tasks performed don't necessarily have to be violent imo - just humiliating.

Raising somewhere in the neighborhood of $200,000 for disaster relief is no small feat and everyone who particpated should be proud of themselves. When the live stream was over, despite watching for over 8 hrs, I was sorry it ended. And there really is no truer compliment possible.

Thank you CCP, most sincerely, for everything you guys do for us.
