Faction owned station - running missions

Being Gallente, I picked a lowsec station that was in FW and was 65% Gallente at the time. Somehow those Gallente Millita lost the whole thing in the last two days (wow that was fast).

Does it matter to me what faction controls the station I'm running out of?

Does this affect my standings with Caldari/Gallente?

You will not be able to dock in stations in FW zones held by the enemy militia at all.

If you're not in Factional Warfare then the ownership of the NPC station won't matter.

No, it will not affect your standings unless you start shooting FW pilots who are in a NPC Militia Corporation.

Ah I'm sorry, I somehow assumed you were. If you're not in FW, then the station ownership change won't affect you at all.
