Yes, if you work 'The Plan', you can gain high positive standings with all Empires.

I'm working the plan or I should say I started working the plan, so far I have completed all 5 career agents in 3 systems. However, I saw my faction standings slowly erode with Amarr and Caldari as I was working on "the plan."

if you can get to where you can do lvl 4s, everyone can run your missions which means you get the storylines and theres your faction bump

To OP,

You seem to have all the advice you need to get to where you want your standings but I will offer one last trinket that has served me well.


Find at least one corp for either Amarr or Caldari and one corp for Minmatar or Gallente that have 2 or more distribution agents in one system (or station). Get standings to use them.

If your standings drop below -1 for an opposing allied faction you have a quick way to grind 16 missions and a storyline fast.

This way you will have less a a break from your regular mode of play.

I personally have one in each of the four factions (optimal) but you may not want to grind that hard.

Run the Blood Stained stars as soon as you can, like all other epic arcs you can run it again 3 months after last completion. The standings bonus also comes without any derisive penalties (or bonuses sadly.)

The four individual epic arcs (the L4 ones, not the BSS newbie) also can have their final mission faction reward shared. So if you know someone who can do them, get them to boost you at the final mission by sharing the faction standing. This is the only shareable source of faction standings.

When your gut instincts tell you something is wrong, trust them. When your heart tells you something is right, ignore it, check with your brain first. Accept nothing, challenge everything.

No they don't, I do each of them every 3 months and have completed them 10 or 12 times and they have never shared the final standings bump.

They do, or at least last time I was running them they did. I've shared the final faction to other people before, shared the Syndication final standings with a friend who needed the boost.

Actually at one time the Epic Arcs were indeed sharing Faction standings with Fleet members but that was a bug which was exploited by some players and supposedly fixed by CCP a while ago.

Bottom line : According to CCP, Faction Standing increase is not meant to be shared with Fleet members.
