Bounty Hunting Website idea

I don't know any thing about web design or coding, but I've seen other websites use things that could make it work.

So The site would need to implement some Kill board and isk to site transfer.

So Joe want to place a bounty on some one. He'd would need to log in to the site, put isk into his account, then fill out the Bounty contract. The contract would be simple and alot like contracts in game.

Who's the target?
Who can take this contract?
What's the reward?
How long before it expires. (the longer the experation, the hire the posting cost.)

After filling it out you'd then be charged for the reward and a posting fee.

Then Chris would see the contract is open for any one to take. He would accept it. And the contract would be taken off the board.
Once the site sees that Chirs has killed the target (using kill board magic) he would then be given the reward.

Again I wouldn't be able to create any thing like this but would like to partner with some one and do what ever I could to get it going.

I also understand the concern "Well the guy with a bounty will just get an alt to get the contract/ just like they do in game"
i dont believe that will an issue with a website. Mostly because there's no alerts telling you you've gotten a bounty placed on you. Secondly I think most of eve wont go to the site to search to see if they have a bounty on their head.

Not even remotely viable.

You covered some of the reasons, but tried to hand-wave it away with some preposterous security-through-obscurity-esque magical thinking. "Oh, people just won't do that!"

Because it's totes difficult to visit a website and see if your name is on it, and practically impossible to write a script that would just check it regularly, right?

When Alice puts a hit on Bob for 50m, and Chris kills Bob in a rookie ship, is Alice going to think that's money well spent?

You've managed to devise a system that basically has all of the weaknesses of the current bounty system, and reintroduces the major flaw of the previous bounty system, while completely failing to improve upon either.

Bounties on the heads of immortals. LOL.

the best option I always saw was having a system in place that would calculate the cost of the players implants/ship at the time of being killed, and then taking that number out of the bounty.

basically get paid the cost incurred to the pilot with the bounty. Tack on something that make it so corp mates can't collect on the bounty and if possible an IP checker that disallows people from collecting if the bountied player shares their IP. All of this would be complicated and it wouldn't definitively solve the issue but it would help at least make it inconvenient for the player to relieve his own bounties.
