I imagine it will be a late gift with Rubicon 1.1 for the null sec cartels of conquerable high sec stations.
Because CCP really enjoys giving coal to the bulk of their subscription base.

News Update:

We are here live in the system of Jita where Concord has setup a complete blockage of the system. They have followed suit with the move and have setup similar blockades in the other major trade hubs. A spokesperson from Concord had this to say on the matter.

a set of turrets / launchers that fire both fireworks and ammunition (ie projectile and missiles)

so we can have fights that are also firework displays without having to have dedicated party barges

While I neither want or expect anything from CCP for Christmas, there is something that I'd like.

The opportunity to start one character per acct with no skills pre-loaded. I'd actually pay them for that privilege. I'm getting really tired of seeing my perfect combat characters with that stupid mining skill crapping up my EB profile. Or a builder with useless gunnery and mining skills.

Why, in 10 years, has CCP not given us this option on character creation?
