Im currently getting different answers over this so basically seeking clarification.....

if i rep someone who is at war, do i go suspect? or do i just get a limited engagement flag to the wardeccers?

I am interested in this as well. Can we get a confirmation from more people? Not that I do not trust our friend from up top, but if you ask 10 people the answers are split evenly.

Eve uni ran into a problem with this awhile back in their incursion community. The logi's were out of corp and did not want to rep some of the shiny incursions ships in corp that were being attacked by war targets. So, yes, repping someone who is in combat with someone that they are at war with will cause you to go suspect.

You have to put your safety on Yellow to be able to rep them. That should answer your question.
