Applying Patch... has failed. No matter what I do.

I've downloaded the entire sisi client... needs a patch, fails.

"Applying the patch has failed, do you wish to launch the repair tool and have it attempt to fix the broken client"

First of all... it's a fresh download. Second, the repair tool fails aswell...

I'm stumped...
