As title states im looking for either a Mimmatar or Amarr covert ops character.

Must be able to:
ArrowFly either a hound or purifier
ArrowBomb deployment to atleast lvl 2
Arrow DOES NOT NEED TO HAVE CYNO **** TRAINED
ArrowStandard skills for all pilots trained (IE cap/cpu)

Put eveboard and price please.
