Issues, Workarounds & Localization

I am getting issues trying to connect to TQ. I can launch the launcher fine and it says its up to date. I login fine and press play and the client starts up. I get Loading Data bars and then instead of going to character selection screen it goes to primary screen and says, "Server: Tranquility, Server Status: Unknown" Along with that it says, "Could not connect to the specified address. Odds are that you have not established an internet connection, the server isn't running, or the server address or port number was wrong."

I have tested my internet and it seems to be running just fine, in fact I am actually using teamspeak while I try to log in. Is anyone else having this issue? It seems to be sporadic it will do this at least 4-5 times before I hit play again and get the selection screen. It is as if it isn't recalling the selection screen properly.
