That Tengu is so freaking fast, how is he doing this and where is he getting his PG? Ive tried EFTing this and the best speed i can get is 1500, how is he fitting this Tengu??

Without looking at the video or knowing your fit, links and overheating (and maybe a wormhole too ). Snake implants.

Edit: can't watch the video on my phone, says it's blocked. how fast is he going? 100mn AB fits are not that hard to fit. 2x nanos probably too.

Hes flying in null, hes going over 2k orbiting a target, looks like max speed is somewhere around 2.6k

I was going to reverse engineer it but, tbh, it's easier to just go through the guy's lossboard.

It's a Core X-Type 100MN, 2 domination nanofibers, and a fuel catalyst subsystem.


Add some snakes/Zor's/ganglinks/etc. and it's not hard to hit those numbers.

HG snakes and a Zor's would give you 2600 or so unheated.

That was the -A- "coward" Fleet Tengu, it goes 2242 overheated no links. Those SS ABs aren't terribly expensive either, less than some of the subs.

Core X-type 100mn AB, 2x Domination nanos, HG Snakes, Zor Hyper link, Loki links + skirmish implant, and quafe zero...your tengu will hit 3,434 m/s : 4,986 m/s.

Edit: If you swap one of your BCS for a Domination overdrive, your speed increases to 3702/5402

You can confirm that the first fight is un-linked as all pilots in local are accounted for on grid so unless he's flying with a link maelstrom he doesn't have any.

You can also get his Pithum A-Type Medium Shield Booster when he mouses over it as well as his Republic Fleet Warp Disruptor from combat text when he drifts out of range of the Megathron and the thing turns off. Alternatively you could just assume that from the fact that it's pretty standard, the web is almost certainly Federation Navy as well.

Super alternatively just look the guy up as these things always die eventually but I won't link it again as others have done it already.

EDIT: After checking the link I was really close on the whole thing, figured T2 launchers instead of faction and I was off on the cap booster and the solidifier rig, figured that would have been a resist.

Reality has an almost infinite capacity to resist oversimplification.
