GTS: GARPA topographical survey- wjhere have you gone?

Basically I was wondering if anyone has a fresh link to Goon's GARPA topography, specifically the 1.9.1 version they released to the public last year. Their official link has gone down and I can't find this version anywhere on the internet.
Any help would be much appreciated :-)

version 2.0 is out. i got it from a friend. don't have a public link for you unfortunately.
