I have toon in highsec whos' corp currently got a war dec. Now the war doesn't start until twelve hours time. Now if I was to change corp quickly to set a jump clone. will:
1: the wardec follow
2: will ! be able to rejoin my other corp with out having to wait a week.

I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your terror comes, When your terror comes like a storm, And your destruction comes like a whirlwind, When distress and anguish come upon you.   Proverbs 1:26-27

as you can see im not a high sec pilot. I dont do these war dec thingies. becasue if there is one against my alliance i just dont go to high. There is already plenty of Pew Pew in Null any ways. Don't need to mess with high sec ppls for fights.

Indeed you're not a highsec pilot, but I just find this sorta question redundant for a null pilot. And reading your OP again, it seems you're not trying to QQ over a wardec, but simply leave corp to set up a JC and stuff.
If it's just a matter of avioding WT's on your travels, simply use an alt or your main for insta's and to lemming on gates for you. Or actually hop in a pvp ship and use neut logi to cause tears and perhaps even the summoning of concordokken.

But what I am trying to get at is that ppl have expensive clones. I'm not afraid of a fight check my kill board
