- Minimal waste (<5%)


Things that make me happy:

- Minmatar>Amarr>Gallente>Caldari
- Gunnery
- Recon V, Logi V
- Female avatars


Things that make me sad:

- Stupid names
- Specs to V (such a waste unless you literally have nothing else to train)
- Capital/supercapital skills


No hard budget, but ideally looking to spend less than 30b

has JDO 5, only need JDC 4 to inject black ops and then can pilot both WIDOW and REDEEMER
